While most of these services work usually in almost all the countries, the crypto cards are mostly limited to EU and sometimes some other countries.
If you are residing in EU you will be spoiled with a choice of crypto cards, as there are many services to choose from. Revolut is a neobank that provides a crypto card with the best features and low fees. It is regulated and has a good reputation. But to be honest, it is hard to find the "best" because there is just too much to choose from.
If you are in the US, your choices are very limited with the most reliable seems to be Coinbase.
If you are somewhere else check if ByBit is available in your country, as it is available to some regions outside the EU as well.
If not take a look at RedotPay, higher fees, but with a global availability.
If you are looking for a completely private crypto card, check the column KYC. You will find some dubious solutions that connect directly to your crypto wallet and charge you higher fees. We didn't test them enough (but we might do it later) to provide a clear advice which one to choose, but they do exist.
